Yielder offers Blended Learning training to farmers. This can be on any topic. The partner is responsible for what is offered and remains the owner of the training. Yielder functions as a digitalisation, dissemination and training tool. Together with our partners, Yielder develops the training, adds multimedia elements, such as videos, audio plays, games, quizzes and, if requested, exams.

The trainers are selected from our pool of Ambassadors; they get extra training to become certified trainers. Upon request of our partners, we train them on the content of their training. Yielder trains the trainers in person and can follow their successes, can update the training remotely and gives digital support to partners, trainers and farmers. If a farmer has access to a smartphone (s)he can also do the training remotely and independently on his/her own time. We offer digital support.

We are using digital tools to support the trainers and through our Ambassadors, in the field, we offer in-person training to groups of farmers. The Ambassadors can also do the administration; who attended, how many times was a specific farmer present and what trainings have the farmers finished. This vital information is all available online for our partners.

We can also train your trainers on how to use our digital tools; the Yielder learning can easily be integrated into the existing training package of partners.

For each training, we do a pre-training and post-training survey and upon request a '6 month after' impact survey.

The results of these blended learning with multimedia tools are incredibly positive.
